Upon receipt of notification of a concern UKi Media & Events will make an initial assessment of the validity and plausibility of the complaint and, assuming that there are grounds to believe that the concern notified to us may be valid, the material in question will be temporarily removed from the relevant UKi Media & Events webpage(s) pending an agreed solution.

UKi Media & Events will then contact the contributor who provided the material. The contributor will be notified that the material is subject to a complaint and the basis for such complaint and will be requested to provide evidence justifying the relevant publication.

The complainant and the contributor will be encouraged to resolve the issue swiftly and amicably and to the satisfaction of both parties but if the contributor and the complainant are unable to agree a solution, the material will remain unavailable through any UKi Media & Events website until such time as a resolution has
been reached.
